The ORTLIEB Frame-Pack Toptube with its four-liter volume offers enough space for heavy equipment such as tent poles, tools or provisions, which can be stowed on the bike with a low center of gravity. Not only the bag itself is waterproof, but also the zipper - so nothing stands in the way of a river crossing on your bikepacking tour. 
The assembly is completely uncomplicated and is done with the help of stable and adhesive Velcro fasteners on the top and seat tube of the bike.
