Die Kappe und der Flaschenkörper wurden aus geschmacksneutralem und leicht verformbarem Polypropylen hergestellt. Der abnehmbare Abschlussring ist aus Silikon und das Mundstück aus TPR (Thermoplastic Rubber/Thermoplastisches Elastomer, weicher und beständiger als Silikon).

Die Canyon Fuel ist eine funktionelle BPA-freie Fahrrad-Trinkflasche, die alle Ansprüche erfüllt und an keinem Bike fehlen darf.
